I’m thinking about purchasing a kit that includes: Includes satellite radio receiver, car cradle, remote control, UL listed DC adapter, antenna, cassette adapter, car mount, and vent clip. I see that this has a casette adapter, but will this work without using the casette adapter?

The eye doctors office we visit has a stated policy on their wall that they do no write contact lens prescriptions. But, from what I have read, by law, they cannot refuse to give you the prescription once your exam is complete. Answer by Hillbilly BobI don’t have the answer. I didn’t know they could send HDTV over air. I thought you had to send it via coax cable and/or fiber to an HDTV receiver to an HDTV compatible Monitor/TV. Let me know when you figure this out. Good luck.

Question : could someone be tapping my home phone? there’s an elongated dial tone at the beginning, each time we pick up the receiver. but we checked around the phone and nothing is attached, could there be a more sophisticated way of tapping? that isn’t visible, available to the public?

Question : How can I tell if someone is tapping into my phone line? Lately I have heard noises a couple seconds after I have started calling someone. It has only happened 3 times. One of my relative just got a government job. They do background searches on people in the family. Its been on my cell phone I’ve been hearing these. Is it possible someone is tapping into my cell phone line or am I just hearing things? tapping phone lines
