We have a phone tree and when the caller hits zero it does a double ring at the front desk. I need that double ring to go to my office phone??? Anyone?

It all depends on the type of Nortel phone system you have and the way it has been programmed. There are two main types, the PBX and the Electronic Key system.

Typically there has been a forward key programmed on your phone and you just hit the forward button, the extention number that you want to forward to, and then the forward button again.
