Question : I live in USA I want to call my wife in Iraq, is there any unlimited plans for VOIP to her cell phone?
Is there any unlimited plans for VOIP “voice over internet phone” to her cell phone? I need only a constant monthly payment.
Please help me cause I’m paying a lot on the cards that charge me per minute
I only can use internet, she can’t use internet, She only has her cell phone ready to answer unlimited calls. please answer if you know a way to call her on a constant monthly payment for unlimited time
I found a website that’s gonna charge me 30 cents for each call I make to here but it will not charge me for the call duration!!! Cool, but not cool enough.

Not that I know of, however, if she’s in the military, they may be able to help you obtain some form of discount.
