some of the best units sound clearer, but speakers are not as good I’ll go with JL audio when looking for quality and reliability of speakers and amplifiers. Not sure about the size of the speakers, but Crutchfield something the size of the speaker on the want to find site. Jlaudio is better than Fosgate and horn player for the money at the best speakers and amplifiers around.
Everything clarion makes sounds sweet but i would skip over their base model speakers. The amp you have linked there is 2 ohm capable so you just have to keep that in mind when you wire your subs. If you wire them down under 2 ohms you could damage the amp. If they are dual 4 ohm models then:
