Can I change the audio output from my computer speakers to my stereo and turn off?
I recently connected my PC to my Hi-Fi (5.1 Surround Sound). It is connected by a digital output on the back of my PC to a digital input of the stereo receiver via a coaxial cable. Although it is great when playing movies / music through the surround sound is to connect to my computer speakers is unnecessary, and now all sounds (including music from Windows Shutdown) blasted by high-stereo speakers. My question is, is there a way to automatically switch between PC speakers and stereo speakers, without the cable manually each time?

PC audio card should be to control any type of application to audio output. It is generally under the panel, click Start-> -> Sound, or it may be a separate application

stereo speakers at home.
