How can you turn your amp and speakers car in a surround sound system?
My husband is missing his amplifier and speakers to turn the car in a surround system. Is it possible to go about this? Are there special cables or connections he may
reply Grumpy Mac Nope
Look -. A home theater receiver is much more than an amp. It must connect optical and coaxial digital and extend it to 6 channels of sound. Then you need a 6-channel amplifier to power … 6 parleurs.Vous can of course buy a pre-processor for about $ 400, that this – but you still need a good amplifier to 6 canaux.Un Onkyo TX-SR505 or 605 receiver runs about $ 380 (less cheap online). It takes care of decoding and amplification, you can put speakers in the car sticks, but -. Consider a car air-conditioning to cool your entire living room – it’s not really designed for large space. Car is coaxial speaker … try to compromise, a speaker mounted in a small room (because the car doors are small), -. it will work, but wont sound as good as a traditional style 5 monitors and a subwoofer low self-powered
home surround sound.
Echoing Grumpy but to add another voice.
You could hook up your car amp and speakers and if the amp is external to the deck you could probably connect a source (DVD player?) to the amp and then out to your speaker(s) and even place them in a “Surround Sound” configuration but thats all you will have.
You could go to Target or Walmart and get better surround for under $ 200 with a theater in a box system.
Maybe you could by an A/V receiver and build boxes for your car speakers and use them but like Grumpy said they are not designed for the job. Seems like a bad idea to me.
