I’m searching for the CHEAPEST cell phone service that just uses text messaging. I’m not interested in using it for phone calls, only the text option. I’m tired of paying over a $ 100 per month for services that I do not use. Any suggestions?

well depending on where u live, but UNICEL is great, and its cheap.
Purchase a Sidekick phone from T-Mobile. It is available on both contract and prepay (as well as Flex Pay, a hybrid of the two).
No matter which option, it costs about $ 30/month or $ 1/day for unlimited internet/data usage and unlimited messaging (text, multimedia, instant messenger and email). Phone calls cost extra. Well below what you are paying now.
I do not know of any services that are text only-most require texting as an add on. You can add unlimited texting to the least expensive plan available. It is $ 14.99 with T-Mobile, and I think you can get a plan for about $ 30 a month-still more than half off what you are paying now, and you do get some voice minutes.
