From the end-user standpoint:
Input and update of employee information which includes salaries and raises.

From an IT standpoint:
*Applying software patches
*occasionally optimizing the database which stores the information.
*data backups
*End-User permissions – HRMS can not be viewed by anyone in the company, only AUTHORIZED HR people
