Question : Can I program a UHF Motorola XTS300 to 800mhz digital?
If I have two radios:
1) UHF XTS3000 programmed to UHF (Mode 3)
2) 800mhz XTS3000 digital (Mode 3)

I have a cloning cable. Can I clone the frequencies/settings from radio 2 to radio 1?

According to the specs that should be just fine.
The radios cover 806–870MHz so as long as that is in the range you should be able to program them. The cable should have the instructions, or check the radio manual.
