Question : Are any cellular phone companies known for especially good service?
I first got a cell with AT&T wireless and loved them. Ever since Cingular has taken over, I have had nothing but problems as far as customer service. They can change their name back, but they are not AT&T. I am out of contract and would love to switch, but I realize I’ve never heard anyone talking about how much they love their phone company. Do they all suck? Are there any that have both good customer service and good reception?

And if not, would someone please see this gap in the market and fill it?

I’ve had quite a few companies over the years, and personally, in my area (South Dakota) I’ve found Verizon to be exceptional, both in ease of use, customer service, and call quality. I drop a call maybe, once a month, and I use my phone A LOT! easy to pay over the phone too, if you forget to mail a payment of make it online. I’ll always be a verizon customer unless they do something dumb!
