Cable modem usage is increasing at a faster rate than DSL usage among Internet customers, as dial-up use continues to decrease. The firm has performed the Internet service provider residential customer satisfaction study for 11 years. Each year, the study measures customer satisfaction with high-speed and dial-up Internet service providers. For 2008, the study was based on responses from 17000 residential customers of Internet service providers nationwide. Results indicate that both cable and DSL service have increased among broadband services, with cable now up to 41 percent, from 36 percent in 2007, and DSL up to 30 percent, from 27 percent. At the same time, the share of dial-up Internet users has continued to decrease and now accounts for only 25 percent of all Internet users, a 10 percent decrease since 2007. Regarding customer satisfaction, EarthLink is ranked number one in dial-up service, followed by United Online and MSN. To nobody’s surprise, America Online is rated last place.

Now when it will arrive to Sri Lanka, it depends. How did they send the package? Question : Please tell me what the cheapest voice recording system that I can buy.?
I am often in a tele-conference and taking notes is not my biggest strength. Everyone in our conference agreed with my proposal to buy a recorder so that we won’t miss any of the minutes and action items. Where do I buy the system? We are looking for a system that would allow us to just plug the system to the phone and make it work so that out entire conversation can be recorded.

My telephone line is with Virgin but their broadband is not value for money, so I am going to leave. But which service out there can give me broadband even on a VIRGIN phone not a BT phone?

Question : Isn’t it true that Christian contact lens specialists will lie to you about “DANGER” of lasik??
I wore contact lenses for ten years and had this guy from the Lyon Contact Lens Center (in CA) that was supposed to be sooooo Christian and when I told him I was thinking of getting lasik or whatever the exact term is he emphasized to me the “danger” of having that done.
I had it done a few years ago and found it to be painless, fairly affordable (1,000 USD) and got 20/20 vision from what was severe nearsightedness. My vision has never changed over the years since the procedure. I never experienced one problem with it and I had two other family members do it at the same time I did and they’re both fine too.
All the contact lens specialists in that office now as I recall always tried to get me to buy the most expensive latest model contact lens too even though they knew I didn’t need it and was a broke student!!!
What pisses me off is they are so endorsed by Calvary Chapel and that is why I believed that these guys were actually looking out for me like they sooo pretended to be
