Question : Construction management???
My goal is to own my own construction company…right now i am a software developer and have saved quite a sum of money and i am almost ready to get the ball rolling on the construction goal but i just wanted some opinions on it…is the market right for this type of work and is there a good future in it???

Hi, Any business is a successful if you do the job at a great price and finish with a great project. As the world grows so does the need for homes, as homes age, the need for renovations or rebuilds grows. There is a great future right now in Alberta Canada, if travel is in your budget, there is a huge boom there and a huge demand for builders and contractors. You could incorproate your software design skills into your contruction and provide further services by designing speciality homes that run by computers. You can design programs for the construction industry as well to increase your payload. I hope this helps, good luck.
