None of those report to credit bureaus.
Fail to pay… then… it will report to the bureaus.
Maybe your landlord calls the utilities himself/herself to verify good usage.

Go to annualcreditreport.com and request a report from just ONE bureau. Wait four months and get a report from another bureau. Wait four months and get your report from the third bureau. Lather, rinse, and repeat as necessary.
