Question : how to connect this interfacing circuit to the telephone?
i have a telephone interface circuit and i need to connect it to the ordinary land line so that when a call is connected the message recorded on a tape recorder should play. i have the interface circuit whose input comes from headphone port of tape recorder.but i am not sure where to connect it to the telephone.should it be connected to the receiver?if you know please reply.here the circuit

I can’t open the link but the gadget should have a pair of wire to be connected to the tel line (wall jack). It should be working like a telephone anwering machine.

did you build this device or was it pre-assembled?
The interface is a simple voltage to current adapter.
The recorder requires a varying voltage (amplitude) and the telephone uses varying current. The easiest way to interface is to use a couple capacitors to pull off the varying voltage, then an isolation transformer to adjust the circuit impedance.
The phone line is left complete, in to out, the audio connection is pretty straight forward.
