Question : will i recieve settlement for long term effects on foot as a result of job injury?
was at work walking off truck and the dock plate wasn’t flush with floor stepped on edge of dock plate and twisted ankle x rays detemined that there was a fracture and that arthritis had began to develope

My mom got hurt on the job about 8 years ago and hasn’t been able to work since.She got a settlement for her long term effects because she would not be able to ever work again because of her condition.If you are able to go back to work ever even after your injury then you probably won’t get a settlement but you might be able to get a lawsuit or something depending on your company and the whole Workman’s Comp thing.Good Luck and hope you feel better!
