Question : Which Canon imagerunner copier is best for a small office?
I have a small office and looking for a high quality , durable, and reliable copier& fax& scanner. Some people recommended Canon imagerunner models # 2018, 2022 as the most ideal for my needs. Does anyone have experience with either of these ( or similar Canon) models? Shall I go with brand new or a refurbished one? any advice?

The small machines that that are sold are almost at cost. If your volume on the scanning and sending side is low there isn’t a problem. If your printing and receiving side is high you will lose as that is where they recoup their money in the toner and/or drums. Check on the price of toner and drums for any machine that you look at. Call a few of the local copier dealers and see what they can offer as far as a rental with everything included except the paper. That way you can budget each month.
