Today we have a behind the scenes look at cutting a new Auto Attendant and Music on Hold project for a new client in the midwest Sawdust. They wanted to get rid of the stereo in th back room playing a local radio station and market their products and services to the callers on hold. Great idea! After all, playing the radio on hold requires licensing payments to be 100% legal, and who knows? Your callers may hear a competitor’s commercial!! That’s not smart!
