Anytime you are fitting a piece of plastic to your eye, you need to have the proper fit. The prescription is the key to a proper fit. If you get regular, you risk the lens scratching your cornea or worse and this can permanently damage your vision. If the lenses become uncomfortable or you start having that ‘tired feeling,’ remove them immediately. Do not wait. Hope this helps. Stay safe and enjoy your lenses. -

Hi! So would it be really bad to get regular circle lenses just using your regular prescription? I don’t remember if my dr. said if mine was that bad or not, but i don’t wanna pay to go in and ask. LOL! do i NEED to get ones for an astigmatism? or is it ok to get regular GEO circle lenses?

just wanna ask, wat website did u go for that toric lenses? coz i have an astigmatism aswell. i wanna have contacts, as in ‘geo toric circle lens’ buh i am searching the web and i can’t find one.. although i found some, but they were just doing clear toric lenses.. nah the coloured ones..can u please give me some websites where i can order.. thank you.

@makeupjunkie812 Yes I do. They’re toric lenses though. I was talking to an optometrist and he said that I can do the spherical equivalent. He also said that my left eye (which has the higher astigmatism) wouldn’t see as well as with a toric but it shouldnt be that bad because I have a pretty low astigmatism. He also said that if I use both eyes (my other eye has an astigmatism of -0.75) when seeing (lol. obviously) then I shouldn’t notice a difference because my stronger eye will help.

@makeupjunkie812 How do you order regular lenses? I have a slight astigmatism, the highest being -1.25 and I don’t want to buy toric circle lenses and I heard that you could do the spherical equivalent with regular lenses where you take half of your astigmatism (cylinder) value and add it to your regular power. And I’ve been trying to ask people but none of them have an astigmastism and wear regular contact lenses. Can you help me understand how I should order?

@Deathlaughter Hi! mine are actually just as bad haha but it’s okay I can see clearly and it feels just like regular contacts. and yes i do wear regular non-color contacts on a daily basis, if you are wearing it only on occasion then it shouldn’t be so bad.
ps. for brands like acuvue, their “freshlook” color collection for toric lenses there’s a limit for prescription i think it only goes up to 3.75 if u were interested in them

Hi, I was wondering, what power are you eyes? b/c mine are very bad (-6.50, -7.50), so I can never gauge how good these types of lenses are.
I also can’t seem to find good ones in toric, so I’m trying to just get regular ones. Have you worn regular contacts before?
I’m also only using the circle lenses for costuming, so I’m not gonna be wearing them everyday.
