Question : How many stamps are needed to mail 11 pages (printer paper) plus envelope?
Can anyone give me an idea of what is the limit of one stamp for printer paper, 2 and so on…?

-Should I use two forever stamps worth 41 cents each?
That is 8.5″ x 11″ printer paper by the way.
It is only a local delivery from town to town in my state.

take it to your post Office they have scales for someone who has this question, just get everything ready and sealed n they will give you the price it will cost for sending
