I have PS3 and an HDTV compatible projector my only problem is how to connect it if it only has serial port?
Question : I have PS3 and an HDTV compatible projector my only problem is how to connect it if it only has serial port?
I understand that it has the audio/video wires but the projector doesn’t have the hdmi port only the serial.

if you’re thinking of buying a playstation 3 you should out this site first. they give you a ps3 for FREE! all you need to do is complete a few quick tasks for them.

Sounds like you have a projector that is designed only for being connected to a PC monitor.
That being the case, you will need an adapter like this:
