Question : How to change radio stations on a Nortel office phone?
We have these phones in the office that look exactly like this:

It plays this crappy pop music I can’t stand. I found out how to turn it off. But is there any way to change the radio station when it’s on?

go to the phone system and change the channel of the radio that is plugged into the MoH jack on the phone system…
