Question : How do you de-interlacing footage from pinnacle video transfer?
I need help de-interlacing footage from pinnacle video transfer.Is their any software or something i can use to de-interlace it.If anyone out knows how to de-interlace it.Please tell me.Thank you.

Hi, Jake,

Well, when it comes to the free stuff, you can check out VLC ( http://www.videolan.org/vlc )

Install VLC, then, load the file you want to deinterlace, Right click on it, click Video>Deinterlace (ON) and Deinterlace Mode (whichever you want.)

Then, click Save As.

If you want to try something like this IN an actual piece of editing software, download the trial to Adobe Premiere. Load the clip into a project, add the clip to the timeline, and right click on the clip in the timeline and select Deinterlace. Export the video back out to a file.
