Well you either can have spl or sq, not both. most 15′s will not have great sq. But if your looking for both of those, I would suggest JL audio or Alpine.

From my expericnce Quantum Audio makes a 15″ (spl) series subwooofer that is 3000 watts and 1500 rms I was’nt to sure at first but very satified I looked the subs up online and the are very strong clear and powerful subs with high spl ratings. And the other would be the kicker L7 or CVX very loud, high, spl and the prices are about the same for either set (quantums or kicker) but well worth the money. JL Audio makes a good woofer but a little out of my budget. I just recommended these sets cause I have a pair of quantums and just purchased 3 CVX 15″ subs that I’ve just installed and its ridiculous loud.
