Question : Is there a program to convert vhs to dvd/cd and pull single frames to print ?
I Have some old home movies I would like to convert to dvd from vhs, but then I would like to be able
to make prints from the dvd/cd. Is that possible

You can use Nero software with latest version.

You may use the best software I have seen AVS Video Tools. It can convert to/from all key format, upload video or DVD directly to key portables like iPod, Sony PSP, Archos, Zen Creative, and mobiles.
