Question : What is a good frame rate and a frames per second setting for smooth screen recording?
I have just recently began to use screen recording software for, well, screen recording, but i cannot seem to set a good frame rate and a fps setting for it to be, well, a smooth video. I always seem to make the frame rate too low and experience a lot of dropped frames and make it too high and make the video waaaaaay fast. I am using Copernicus for Mac. Can anyone recommend something?

30fps should be about right .
