They keep it for about a month…at call centers you can take anywhere from 100 – 150 calls a day. Call centers are usually pretty big so only a few calls are listened to per person per day. It would take too much space to store the calls and not every call is recorded. Sometime during the month a manager will sit down with you and review the call and talk about what was done correctly and how you could have improved the call.
