Is there a law that says you can’t put cars with car covers on the street?
Question : Is there a law that says you can’t put cars with car covers on the street?
or are you only allowed to put a cover on your car if its in your driveway or something?

What State are you in? Some States disallow, while others do permit it. Here in Huntsville, Texas it is legal. Check with your local Police Precinct Captain; he’ll know! Good luck!
Well I don’t know where you live but I assume that the Police must be able to see the road tax disc
and to see if it is roadworthy, tyres etc.
If they can’t see it, it could be anything, a bomb even.
