Question : How can I make international calls VoIP to a skype user with my Samsung Moment from Sprint?
Im not trying to call a landline or cell for now, just a skype user.

You have to subscribe their mobile VoIP service. Fee Skype VoIP calls is only good for PC to PC calls.
