In the US they can do it without a warrant now which means they can intercept everybodies phone calls and use speach recognition software to look for key words or phrases.
I suggest you avoid saying words like ‘bomb’ on the phone. Everybody’s innocent untill you get investigated, then it doesn’t matter. A lot of people have been subject to rendition and they couldn’t all be guilty.

There is something called CALEA that gives the gov’t the legal backing to do this.
