Question : Looking for Listing of Laws that regulate Payday Lenders in Mississippi?
I have heard that there are strict laws in MS governing the Payday Lender industry. So far, everything I have read other than the cap on how much can be lent seems to be pretty lax. Does someone know where to find the laws online?
