Question : What voice recording programs can lower my voice an octave and are free?
I’m looking for just a little recording device to use to record my voice on and then be able to change and lower the octaves of it. What programs out there might be able to do this and are inexpensive or free? The quality doesn’t have to be great because this is for my own reference.

Audacity is a good recording program and free, I use it a lot to record some songs I do – http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
