Question : How can I change the greeting for the automated attendant on a Nortel phone?
I have changed morning/afternoon and evening greetings, but I need to changed the main greeting after the automated attendant answers. Thanks.

Under the admin Mailbox you go to record your greetings (F983) go to AA then table, your probably table 1 , then at AA menu prompt record your greeting there.
