Question : What do i do if other driver’s insurances calls and wants a recorded interview on the phone?
I got in a car accident yesterday and i was at fault. I got a phone call today from the other drivers insurance wanting to interview me on a recorded phone call. At first i told them they should talk to my insurance. They said that they couldn’t reach them, so i told them i would call them back later. What do i do?

Give your account of what happened.
If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear. Tell them the truth, then call your insurance company, and tell them the exact same thing.

hi there , i work doing car repairs with insurance company’s , tell them to only talk to your insurer or if they prefer a legal barrister at there expense to be present , at a office with all your expenditure payed , then you will happily talk to them , remember , everything you say is a legal record , they are a legal company who deal in legality , your not their client , so report it to your insurer as a complaint against the other company , then if ever you need to refer to a phone call made by them , there is a legal report to say , good luck
