Question : How much does a domestic call center charge per call or per minute?
The facility is a Patient-First type business. I am unsure of the amount of calls per day or per month. I do not necessarily need specific for this facility but am rather looking for a range for the price

You are usually looking at a flat-monthly fee to start, somewhere between $ 40-60.00 per month. This would be a basic package that comes with a certain amount of minutes. I don’t know, probably around 60-100 minutes, something like that.

Obviously there would be larger packages if you required more minutes. Usually there is a per-minute fee for any extra time you use over what you are given for your package.

Smaller businesses are usually fine with most basic packages. Of course it does depend on your call volume, which you are evidently aware of. It’s best to look for a place that does not require you to sign a contract and lock you into a package for a specific amount of time. That way you can gauge your call volume for a few months and change your package if necessary to save money.
