…dang.
my cousin got married in a prime park location…i can’t remember the name but it was like on the beach and down the street from sea world…but i think you have to book. …. are you talking about this december?…like 2 weeks from now?…
ok ok ok….
there are some nice overlooks in Laguna if you’re willing to travel a bit… san diego there are plenty of beaches but i don’t know anyone that will book this late.
I’m a photographer but I’ll be in seattle 18th-24th … but my partner will be available. I can send her and a hire in at a good price depending on what you want – http://www.thewhitetie.com – and I’m pretty sure that weekend is empty. I can do $ 600 if you JUST want wedding day photos taken, no reception, no book, etc. Just photos on a CD. email me from http://www.thewhitetie.com site.
Also, the Corona Del Mar overlook on the beach is beautiful. I have some pictures on my blog of the Corona Del Mar tide pools…

For the civil wedding, you can have the person come to you at whatever restaurant you end up having the celebration party. Ceremony and reception in one easy place. Some restaurants have a little garden seating area, or even a lawn that you can ask to use.
Have you taken a look at Wedding Channel’s vendor directory? They have a pretty extensive selection of San Diego listings for photographers and venues. If you want to have a friend do photography, that’s an option, too, although WC has a lot on their site.
