profits increased? Then go have reduced by losses!

I, Bob Eldridge and I like to share with you an often overlooked source of profit for your company. It is a simple concept, but as important, if you are able to expect to continue their business for a long time! The concept is both the number of losses that you have and to control the amount of such losses. I realize that the statement is so obvious that one might be tempted to put away the article for a night of bad TV, but please stay with me here appears to be. I will find some things you probably did not expect you here!

For better visualization of the concept, I’ll describe the picture of underwear, the kind you probably remember from your childhood. Now, imagine the difficulty of filling the laundry when there are several “six-inch” hole in the ground! No whistling Many independent garden, fill the water flows faster than it goes in! Now imagine plugging every hole, one at a time. Connect the first and the difference is hardly noticeable. Plug the second hole and you begin to notice that there is less water splashes on the floor. Plug third and you can see that the water level to rise in the tub … only a little, perhaps, but still starts up! Plug all the holes but one and the difference is measurable! Now you are in a hole, we will begin to repair a piece at a time. We first cover half of the hole … while the tank is still leaking, you can say now that there is more water in the tub to miss out on the floor. Patch-half of the leak remains, and you begin to set the idea that it does not matter if a little water, as long as there are more things out!

Our operating accounts are so similar. Most of the new operators have a huge trading account “holes” and silver more quickly that they can not replace! No matter how profitable some of their trades, they seem to give it all back! When we are through our Smart Trading, given that we stop trading up to the challenge and we fix it! What I am describing are the direct result of focusing on profits and almost completely forget about the loss of control. There are several reasons for this, but in spite of reason, the results are the same. If left unchecked, this situation will lead us all out of commercial activities in a very short time! Let me share with you four rules for trading losses that may directly and when observed, “Plug” many of your loss of profits! />

This rule, the number of losses you experience confirm reduced. As easy as it sounds, it is one of the most frequently violated principles of good commercial practices. This rule controls the amount you can lose a trade. I like to use about half the movement of the stock every day for the amount of my stop loss.
