What is the best pre-paid cellular phone service?

I am with Cricket.

I like it because I do not have to count minutes, I get unlimited text messaging for $ 5.00 per month. I haven’t had a dropped call in many moons. My cell phone bills are manageable; no surprises.

I do not like the fact that when I call their 800# help line I call to some overseas phone center.
