Do they only hire for full time? I want to get some experience in photo developing

No, there’s usually no exp. necessary to work in a photolab environment… The machine’s for the most part work with little or no expertise. You will learn general machine maintance and troubleshooting and maybe some photolab chemistry. That’s about all… If you can try and work for a photolab/camera store.. I think you get more hands on training and you learn more about photo dev. Try a Kitz, Ritz, Wolf, or something of that nature…
