Question : what are the best deals on a new LCD TV or TV bundle?
I am looking to purchase a new tv. I preferably want to get a LCD but will settle for a plasma if its a really good price. i also am looking maybe for a bundle. because i need a need dvd player and i might as well a blue ray player so any bunldes with a blue ray player is good. Tv size should be between 37 to 47.

I don’t recommend a combo tv and dvd player all in one. Go online to Home Theater Magazine and read the reviews on tvs. Last July issue it featured the Panasonic 42″ Plasma tv and compared it to a Sony, LG, Toshiba and Vizio LCD tv. The Panasonic was the top choice and the only tv with the THX (higher standard for video quality) certified. You will also notice that Panasonic has a tv in each of the price category of entry level to the high end, while Sony, Samsung and Toshiba does not (December issue). You will also notice that a Panasonic blu ray disc player is rated as the best entry level (BD-60) and the BD-55 in the mid range price. Hope this will help you out.
The best I’ve seen lately are from Circuitcity.com. I get their e-mails every few days, and they always have some bundle deal, like a nice flat panel, usually 42 inches with a blu ray, some are TVs with a surround sound package. Either way, check them out, they seem to be giving better deals deals than bestbuy and walmart sometimes.
