@Maxsdiscos Lol I have been into radios for about 6 years now. I also already have the XT446 radios and don’t think much to them so they will be up for sale soon aswell. Going to take a look at getting another set off motorolas that will work with my XTN 446′s and the in car radios are on a licenced band. One of them is set on a UHF band and the other is setup in a mobile phone mode

The Motorola XT446 are probably what you’re after.

Can I ask, what band are the in-car radios on, do they work with PMR446 handhelds, are the licenced or what?

@Maxsdiscos Yer they are a great set max and yer i’m after a new set for camping next weekend. I have 13 radios all together ranging for pmr 446 to cb radios, taxi type and old police motorola gp range.
