im in afghanistan and i wanna know how to dial to a cellphone in okinawa from a sat phone? any ideas?

Yeah, most people know how to use a military sat phone.

My suggestion would be:

1- Ask someone in your unit who knows how to use one
2- Keep in mind that the country code is 81
