Question : how do you minimize the window on a touch screen grocery store POS system?
I work at Hy-vee and would like to know how to minimize the program the computers use to sell items. I was told that if you minimized it, it would be just like regular windows
There isn’t a keyboard on the system. There may be a way to get an on screen keyboard up though. maybe. I don’t know how though.

Try press the windows key and D at the same time.

You are right, it is pretty much windows running these kind of systems.
The software running is running in full screen mode, so there is no way you can minimise it by touching anything on the screen. You will need a keyboard.
Touchscreens are setup in a way to stop users from doing anything other than the limited functionality programmed… usually for a good reason.
