off of the top of my head they take contact management and go further with possible website hosting and a giving page that will take CC payments..
I guess what are you looking for/to do..
If you only need to track who you send letters too and who gave you money then use word or excell that would be the cheapest thing.. if you want more like a website and a credit card “ability” it might be better with someone like eTapestry. Hope that helps.
