Question : Do I have a right to get a copy or to hear recorded phone calls from a credit card company?
My credit card company charged me fees I do not agree with. I made a balance transfer based on the information that a representative told me, and it turns out that my account would not allow it. They charged me a few fees that they will not refund. If I can get a copy of the recorded phone call of the representative giving me false information, then perhaps I can present that to another department or at least have proof that I was given wrong information.

You would have to subpeona it. They are not just going to give it to you.
absolutely as long as its about your info in the conversation you as a customer have every right to get copys,because without it there is no proof of the conversation. good luck.
