Unless you have your own equipment and chemicals then you’ll have to get it done at a professional photo place. There is a reason why it cost so much to get it done, it’s because the equipment cost alot of money by themselves and will not likely be worth renting or purchasing just so you can print out your large negatives.
Don’t look for a photographer to get it done, look for photo supply and commercial photo printing places.
Good Luck
Since you have never developed film before your choices are very few.
I am assuming that your film is sheet film, like 4×5? To develop sheet film takes a lot of skill and knowing exactually what you are doing and you have the right equipment. Just buying the right equipment will cost you more than the arm and leg the professional wants to do the work for you.
Most commercial labs can develop large format film or can send it out. Find out where the pros send their film. Most of us only develop about 25% of our black and white film … all the colour is sent out.
