The financing was led by Philadelphia CMS Small Cap Private Equity Fund and was developed by Capstone Partners LLC, the organization also invests in co-operation. New York-based Liberty Partners is an active shareholder. The new funds will enable Henley-Putnam with working capital so that it continues to prepare its current growth strategy and the Society for the process of regional accreditation.
