I own a Canon DSLR and I am planning to purchase some lenses. I am looking at some good lenses at an affordable price.

If you own a Canon then without hesitation the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8
For about $ 100 you have some great professional lenses.

Sorry to disappoint you but there is no such thing as “cheap” quality – it doesn’t exist.
I own a Rebel XS and I shoot mainly with this lens.

If I were you I’d stay away from 3rd party lenses. The manufacturers tell you all kinds of tales trying to get your business but the plane fact is Canon lenses are the very best out there for Canon cameras. I have a Tamron 18-200 that has issues so it lives in its own little bag on my shelf.

The only decent superzooms are the Canon 28-300 L, the 100-400L or the Sigma 50-500.
Avoid all else like the plague. Least expensive option is the 50-500.
If this is a bit beyond your budget then augment your kit lens with either the Canon EFs 55-250 IS or the EF 70-300 f4-5.6 IS. Both a lot cheaper, both pretty decent.
Ignore the budget 28-300 or 18-200 lenses. Total crap.
