If the need is urgent conservation measures, Congress must ensure leading edge of decisions to ensure that reductions in the short term no impact on our nation? S long-term health and competitiveness in a global market. We request that the Commission, a meeting of experts in the audience, the potential of investment in prevention in order to maintain and improve the security of our financial future.

Years of robust research tells us that prevention, in almost all cases? whether the physical and mental health, education, criminal justice, environmental protection or infrastructure? is cheaper and more effective than delaying action until the emergence of a genuine crisis.
