Can I program 2 way radios that were not sold in the same pack to communicate together?
Question : Can I program 2 way radios that were not sold in the same pack to communicate together?
We need 4 two way radios but they only come in 2 packs. What do I do?

You don’t need to “program” them as such, just set them to the same channel and privacy code, that’s all.
Such radios have no real security as cordless phones do.
There should be a place to change the channels on the radio. Just ensure the 2 radios are on the same channel, and you are good to go.
I was talking to my son on my Motorola from work with him using his play Motorola at home. It was actually pretty funny.
But, there is no programming required.
