No, what happens is when someone leaves you a voicemail it goes to a big “pool” and you enter in your password which picks up your voicemails. Once you delete them they are gone. The telephone company cannot access them.
once they have been listened to, they are still stored, unless you delete them… SOME voice mail systems that I have used even allow you to access deleted voice mails for a short period of time, in case you accidentally deleted one..
